We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Magnetics Collection purchase. Should you need to exchange or return something (new and unworn merchandise in original packaging ONLY), you may do so within 21 business days of your USPS/UPS delivery date by visiting our RETURNS CENTER (⬅️ click this link)
Items must be sent to us via insured/tracked mail. Once we receive your package, qualifying returns will be honored with a refund and an exchange credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) you wish to exchange* (not including shipping costs). Should you have received your item(s) as a gift and wish to exchange your item(s), you will need to provide us with the original gift giver’s name so we can ensure the exchange request falls within our aforementioned delivery time frame.
If you are experiencing a problem and fall outside of our 21 business day return/exchange window, please contact us at letsconnect@magneticscollection.com to discuss the issue and if applicable, obtain a Return Authorization Code. We will attempt to resolve the matter via an exchange or refund, depending on the issue.
Refunds and exchange credits will not be honored for the following:
• Normal wear (such as scratching or tarnishing)
• Damage resulting from not following our CARE instructions
• Loss of any kind
*All company exchanges and refunds (minus any shipping/handling fees) will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original form of payment and return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. Please be aware it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and credited to your account by your bank or credit card company after it’s processed by us.
